What is Bikram Yoga ?
Bikram Yoga or Hot26 + 2 is a Hatha yoga practice that takes place in a heated room at 40°C with 40% humidity. It consists of a series of 26 postures (asanas) and 2 breathing exercises (pranayamas) during 90 minutes.
We offer 90-minute sessions, as well as 60 and 75-minute sessions of Bikram Yoga.
